It is 17 years today (July 10, 1999- July 10, 2016) that violent neo-fascist elements (Black Axe confraternity) invaded OAU campus and murdered 5 revolutionaries comrades who are now regarded as OAU 5 matyrs. 

By their deeds and actions, i put it to you that George Akinyemi Iwilade, fondly called Afrika, 400-Level Law student, who was then the Secretary General of the Students’ Union, Eviano Ekeimu, 400-Level Medicine, Yemi Ajiteru, an extra year student, Babatunde Oke, 100-Level Philosophy, and Godfrey Ekpede are indeed Nigerian Marxists who should be acknowledged as models by contemporary Nigerian students for their proactive Jihadist against mass oppression, social vices and national injustice for an EGALITARIAN redress and reform. 

That these named heroes adopt mild methodologies to achieve wild technologies confirms them as peaceful revolutionaries... They sent the cultists to permanent oblivion on OAU campus without CCTV cameras, guns, musketeers etc, they will forever live as their legacies will jealously be guided by the succeeding generations of Great Ife students.
